The New York Times reports that at least 18 people were killed in a complex suicide and car-bomb attack Friday.The attack was targeted at a two guest houses popular amongst foreigners. Nine of the victims were Indian, one Italian, one French, two whose nationalities have not yet been identified, and three Afghan policemen.
