The Los Angeles Times reports that a U.S. court’s decision to drop charges against the Blackwater guard involved in the Baghdad shootings on September 2007 will be appealed by the Obama administration.The shootings left 14 Iraqi civilians dead and Iraqis became more aggravated when a U.S. federal judge dropped charges against five of the guard who worked for the security firm Xe.
