Obama administration strategizes plans for Guantanamo Bay detainees

The New York Times reports that 50 detainees will continue to be imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay because it was concluded that they were “too difficult to prosecute but too dangerous to release.”  However, the Obama administration decided that they should prosecute 40 others for terrorism or other war crimes. The remaining 110 prisoners may sent back to his home country or other countries where they may possibly released.
